HireLink is a job discovery platform that aggregates remote tech listings from public third-party sources. We do not post the listings ourselves, do not employ anyone advertised on the Site, and are not party to any application, interview, or employment relationship.

We are not the employer for any role listed on HireLink. All applications, interviews, offers, and employment terms are between you and the third-party employer. We make no representations about the legitimacy, accuracy, currency, or quality of any listing.

Job listings displayed on HireLink originate from third-party sources, including Remotive, Jobicy, and others. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. All listings remain the intellectual property of their respective sources or the posting employers.
5. No warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireLink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any job application, interview, or employment outcome.

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of any linked site.
